Psilocybin, as a Schedule I substance, is generally not available outside of research. Right to Try laws may offer an exception. Learn about the advocacy to employ RTT laws to open access to psilocybin therapy for those w/life-threatening illness, from the lead counsel in AIMS et al v DEA, Kathryn L. Tucker, JD.

Tucker is Special Counsel and Co-Chair of the Psychedelics Practice Group at Emerge Law Group. She is a founding board member of the Psychedelic Bar Association. Tucker has spent her career in advocacy to protect and expand the rights of terminally ill patients, and brings this perspective to her work to open access to psychedelic assisted therapy.
